Nauli The abdominal muscles are churned. The abdominal recti muscles are isolated, then a wavelike motion begins. The abdominal organs are massaged by creating a vacuum in the intestines. This also strengthens the heart, lungs, and abdominal organs.
According to the yogic shatras (scriptures), it increases agni and boosts the immunity system. It also purifies the Manipura Chakra, helps convert pitta to agni and assists in raising Kundalini.
